Super friendly staff who made us feel very welcome despite the language barrier. Clean and modern room with a perfect shower for some much-needed relaxation. Delicious and well-prepared dinner at the in-house restaurant, especially the German XL steak with mushrooms. Free breakfast offered as an apology for any inconvenience. Great view from the room during the Bauern fest. Excellent facilities, including Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. Helpful staff who assisted with parking and had a positive attitude towards their work. a jaw-dropping experience and definitely a place we would revisit in the future.

We got great value for our money with a clean, modern and comfortable room. The hotel's location was lovely, with a direct view of the Bauern fest, and the staff treated us very well, even though we didn't speak German.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

We stayed in a hotel in the beautiful center of a small German town, with an excellent location on a fairy tale square. the room was modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and an incredible shower. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was superb, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had with many choices. the hotel also had great secure bicycle storage and a direct view from the room to a local festival.

The location was convenient with nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious with modern facilities. The breakfast had a variety of options and was satisfying.

The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The cleanliness of the room was questionable with stains found on the bedding.

Nothing for me.

The city is charming and offers great views of the countryside. We appreciated the affordable price of the accommodation and the excellent facilities. the room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options that we enjoyed.

We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable in the hotel, and this took away from the overall experience of our city trip.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Frankenhausen while on our bicycling trip. the facilities were excellent, and our room was large and comfortable with a clean and cheery bathroom. the in-house restaurant served a fantastic dinner, and the breakfast spread was one of the best we've had in any hotel. the highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful young lady at the reception desk, Frau Nickel. We look forward to revisiting this charming town and hotel in the future.

I loved my stay in this city. The hotel facilities were amazing and the cleanliness was top-notch, from the room to the bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fresh fruit and a variety of choices. The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist who was always happy to help. The location on the town square was perfect, providing beautiful views of the town.

Not obvious to find.

I always return to the cozy hotel where I first stayed. The staff kindly let me check-out late. It's the perfect place for me with Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant, fitness center, game room, and children's play area. Plus, the romantic atmosphere keeps me coming back!
